I attend Holy Names University in Oakland California. I am currently focusing on getting good grades so I spend much of my time in the study rooms at my school which are open 24 hours. I am a part of a peer mentoring group that give you someone who is a year older then you and they are someone to talk to. This keeps me from feeling like I am alone and no one understands. I plan on becoming a mentor next year and thus am taking and extra class for it.

I am part of Model United Nations (MUN). This is a club where students can come to learn about global issues, develop a strong understanding of global politics, and find their voice as they represent a country. I am a psychology and business communication major with a concentration in pre-law because I would like to go to law school after I graduate Holy Names. I would like to join a few more clubs but I am really busy with 7 classes. I am very interested in the politics and processes of the United Nations and hope to visit its headquarters.
